Went to the Hudson Firestone without an appointment with debris in my L/F tire, spoke to Michael he was customer friendly and professional. He was able to get our vehicle right in and made the repair to the tire. Excellent service at this location by both the service advisor and the technician! Would highly recommend.

I've been dealing with the Hudson firestone for years and I've always had a great experience. The guys are always friendly and explain things in detail. I will always go back to this firestone.. I know the guys and I know I'll be treated right!

I unexpectedly needed to have my vehicle's battery and alternator replaced. Even though I didn't have an appointment ahead of time, Firestone was able to get the repairs done sooner than their original estimate.

Needed battery and went to Firestone in Hudson. They needed to get the battery from their supplier which took a bit of time, no big problem for me. They took my car in and got it ready for the new battery. Installed it in a few minutes, but Michael came out and told me that the new battery didn't test that well and apologized. He told me if I wanted to come in the next day he would get me an upgraded battery at no cost to me. Called the next day and battery was waiting for me, as promised. Chase immediately got my car in and I was on my way in about 25 minutes. Michael and Chase made what could of been a bad situation, an impressive showing of how a retail store should treat all of their customers. You know I'll be back!

Justin Carmody and team went over and beyond for me. My daughter got a flat Saturday morning but was leaving to drive back to College Sunday.
She drives a mini cooper and stock for a 205/45/17 run flat tire was no where to be found unless we could wait til Monday.
Justin called around and found one for me. I already had the wheel and tire off the car, the team got it done on time. Great job

The best Firestone location I’ve ever been to for service. Incredible team and leadership over the years.
Manager Justin (and store manager Mike before him) has been amazing: he’s friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, a decent human being (which is rare these days).
I’ve brought multiple vehicles to this shop over the past 6 years (Nissans, Subarus, Jeeps, Mazdas). The techs are great, and when they mess up, they fix it. If you don’t need something, they don’t push it just for a sale. If you do need something, they let you know an honest answer and give realistic quotes. They also work with you to find deals and payment options.
Overall, I highly recommend this store. They don’t miss.
