The florist also made sure that the flowers were delivered on time to the school! Very prompt! She was also very professional in our conversation! “My experience with the red twig was extremely disappointing, frustrating and overall awful. It is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. They demanded a 50% deposit of $4000 that was apparently nonrefundable even though they did not incur any costs when we canceled our wedding due to serious health issues. We were still planning on using them at a later date.
We tried to work with them, but they were unwilling to work with us. Even though we gave them enough notice so they did not order any flowers beforehand or incur any costs. We went to the store to speak with them because they would not take our calls or reply to our messages. When we walked in to their store Michelle, the owner, literally ran to the back room and did not come out the entire time we were there. Obviously, she refused to meet with us. That tells me everything I need to know about someone’s character.
Future Buyer Beware.”
