Great experience. Went into store after having problem with suit fitting at Joseph A Bank store in Atlanta a month or so earlier. Suit from prior store was mixed up (wrong slacks, poorly fitting jacket) and needed a solution in time for an event. Jen the store manager found a solution, exchanging the prior suit for a new one, settling on a fair price for the upgrade, and made it a nonissue in about 15 minutes. Outstanding experience and highly recommend. Props to Antonio too, who helped throughout the process.

My family and I went to JAB today to find me a suit for an upcoming job interview. Stephen was not only incredibly helpful, but also knowledgeable about what I would need to look my best. They did not have the pants size I needed, and Stephen put a rush on them to have them delivered to my home ASAP.
Stephen is doing a phenomenal job, he is now the man I will trust whenever I go to JAB, and I will absolutely go back to this location should I need dress clothes again.

Best store hands down. The customer service was amazing. Steven was so friendly and helpful fitting my son for his suit (rental) and helping him with colors. The best person was Antonio. We picked up the suit on Thursday an hour before closing and the store was swarming with customers. He helped every customer with such a friendly and professional demeanor. He made it like we weren’t even waiting. He was by himself and he had it all h day control. Antonio was amazing!!!!!

We drove to the Hudson location because of a not great encounter at the legacy village location, and we worked with Jen L. She was amazing. She was well educated on building a custom tux for my fiancé and set up our wedding party. She had great suggestions and was beyond personable during our time in the store. Highly recommend coming to Hudson location to get amazing service by Jen and her team.

Had a solid idea of what we wanted. We went in, got him measured, did a try-on & showed our salesman what we saw online that we wanted. He took care of us & expedited delivery, just to be sure we would get it in time. I believe it was Stephen that helped us & he was great!

I had a great experience at Jos A Bank today. Antonio helped me find the perfect fitting suit and answer my questions while simultaneously helping out three other patrons during a very busy morning, it was seriously impressive.
