I shop at LOFT in person and online. I've never had a bad experience with either. I love that the clothes sizing is spot on. I also love how affordable the clothes are and that they are easy to care for. I've shopped at the Hudson, OH and Cranberry, PA stores and always had great service.

Meg was so pleasant and helpful! I ordered a pair of pants online with in store pickup and right away she offered that I could try them on when I arrived at the store. She brought me several different sizes to try until I found the right one and matched the price I paid online for the first pair- all in a very friendly and professional manner.

The employees here are always so sweet and helpful! I specifically drive out of my way to go to this location, even though I live much closer to the Beachwood location. Excellent customer service!

Generally I have a nice experience when I visit this convenient location. Parking isn't great. Girls are usually friendly. Make sure they pack your jewelry separate so it doesn't snag your clothing.
