Mike made buying our first home a breeze! I truly expected the process to be much more difficult, but he made it so easy!
I especially appreciate him working with our quasi-unique situation-- one of us had recently started a new job and the other has self-employment income. We thought it would be much more difficult to get approved but Mike and his team worked with us and we couldn't be happier.
It was great working with a local company who felt relatable and personable too. Shout-out to our Realtor Tina White for sending us Mike's way for our mortgage financing!

Mike was an invaluable resource during my home buying process. From pre-approval to closing, Mike provided guidance and insight to the mortgage process including navigating the resources with Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). As a first time home buyer, Mike went above and beyond to walk me through the process and support me through every step of the way. Additionally, he put me in contact with an excellent realtor who found me my home. Overall, I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough! Thank you for everything!
