I cannot begin to say enough good things about my experience at MOD. This past spring, I was in the market to buy a new sectional, and I had previously had good luck with Norwalk products. (Plus, it was important to me that Norwalk furniture is made right here in Ohio). Norwalk has lots of options to play with online, but I really wanted to see fabrics and sit on the pieces in person, and also talk to someone with knowledge. I located MOD as a Norwalk dealer and was blown away. Adam, in particular, was instrumental in really listening, providing fabric samples and advice, considering which layout options would work best for our space, and overall just being an excellent person to work with.
I also love their storefront and was able to purchase several smaller decor pieces that really finished off the look. If you are looking for remarkable customer service and just genuinely nice people, along with great products - look no further than MOD in downtown Hudson.

Bonnie has been incredibly helpful from the moment i walked into MOD! I needed assistance accessorizing a newly renovated space and she has provided options to review in our home, took the time to understand our style and offered items with reasonable price points. She is quick to respond and spends time searching for just the right pieces. Shes down to earth and fun to work with.

I have had absolutely the BEST experience with MOD in Hudson. Their designers exhibit excellent attention to detail and the customer service is best-in-class. The team works hard to draw out your inner sense of style and bolsters that with decades of experience, with an eye toward practicality and longevity of design. I benefitted greatly from the advice and impeccably selected merchandise at MOD. I go back again and again for new inspiration and always feel most welcome.

If you are looking for a ”uniquely you” piece to place in your home, you will find it at MOD! Kara is extremely helpful in making sure she understands your style and needs and will deliver every time. It is definitely worth a visit into the store. Different and beautiful every time we visit. I just moved in to a new home and contacted MOD for help furnishing and decorating my living room. Adam from MOD made my living room dreams come true! I had no idea what my “style” was, all I knew was that I loved watching makeover shows on HGTV, and wanted that new/beautiful living room feel. We had an initial consultation where he learned about my family’s needs and some thoughts I had. He developed an amazing design and brought samples of everything to my home! After we made our furniture and accent choices everything was delivered and complete in just a few months! I absolutely love our living room, he made our house complete.
