Cody fixed the shower nozzle and installed a new shower head…and it works perfectly! He kept at it until there were no drips! Great job done the same day as I posted the maintenance request. Thank you, Cody!

I am recovering from surgery. Rocco came to check my dryer and saw that I had spilled water on the floor. He immediately said he would take care of the spill. He then checked the dryer and told me he would return soon. He quickly returned with a different dryer and another very kind coworker to help with installation. They were so efficient and caring and did a wonderful job! I truly appreciate their kindness and the great job they did! Thank you.

From the outset, all the Redwood leasing agents were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful, Anne in particular since I worked with her most of the time. She helped me with some troublesome computer issues and made the entire process easy and seamless.

The maintenance staff (Phillip & Rocco) are the very best. Whenever we need a repair, the gentlemen arrive quickly and fix the problem the first time.

This was our third Redwood neighborhood and it was exactly what we came to expect from Redwood! Front office was always timely with requests, maintenance requests were handled timely and correctly every time, neighborhood was well kept and in a great location. Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house.
