I’ve gone to this gas station multiple times and usually everyone was nice and quick but most recently the old guy cashing people out wasn’t fully paying attention and then proceeded to flirt with me while cashing me out. His name tag said he was an assistant manager I believe and looked to be about 30 years older than me. Made me very uncomfortable definitely not going back.

Alexis my attendant was extremely kind hearted and warm when I stopped by for gas. This location deserves a bit more emphasis on how good they are instead how bad things may appear to be. Being an outstanding judge of character, this is a stand up location with good people representing the Shell brand. Thanks Alexis

EXTREMELY RUDE. Went in to use the restroom and when i was leaving i told the cashier “have a good night” and he replied “well, thank you for using our bathroom” with the rudest attitude. Terrible.

This gas station just scams people left and right. This is the SECOND time my husband was double charged while purchasing cigarettes. No one will help him make it right, they won’t give him a pack a second pack of cigarettes even when he shows a bank statement that he was double charged. And they HAVE to know what’s happening as inventory of Tobacco should be counted against sales at the beginning and at the end of each shift. They simply tell us to dispute the charge. Our bank will not dispute a charge for a location my husband regularly shops at. When ask to speak to a manager, the employees call them and there is no answer. I’m really beginning to think these employees do this to scam customers out of money and for them to get something free out of it. We will not be stopping here ever again. SCAMMERS

Recently came here to grab some energy drinks before heading to the in laws. This place is a beautiful, charming gas station with a beautiful Ohio charm. Maintains nostalgia on the outside but it's a typical gas station on the inside. The cashier was really fun to chat with and is a great comedian. Wouldn't mind coming back here

This place left a sour taste in my mouth. The woman rang my item up as usual. As I finished punching in my debit card information into the machine, I looked up, and she was on the end of the counter playing on her phone. I stood there for a second and asked, can I have my receipt, please? She replied real snotty by telling me I have to ask for it. The machine doesn't print it automatically. No, “would you like your receipt or thanks and have a nice night.” Her phone was a top priority that night, not my business. ??
