My wife & I bought paint in the Hudson, OH store. We had bought paint & supplies there before with so-so experiences but today was exceptional. S-W makes a fine product but the previous so-so experiences were totally about the store personnel. Today, we were taken care of by a 4-week trainee named Katie. She was wonderful, so eager to help my wife & I. Thank you so much Katie. We hope you stay for years and end up as a manager. S-W, don’t lose this star employee!

Sean is horrible. What a downer. Slow and uneducated when it comes to paint. The store is run horribly. 3 days 3 different products and none are in stock. Maybe it needs new management.
