This is an outstanding place. The care is competent and professional. We finally had to put our sweet sheltie to sleep today and they were so nice to us at VCH. They really tried to make a tough experience to be as pleasant as possible. Thanks to the entire staff. Even for routine visits from the doctor to their staff they showed such compassion and kindness to my dog.

Whoever I am stuck dealing with for prescription refills (not my doctor) needs to learn how to count the months of the year or at least not be so rude.
The medical staff is amazing but the boarding facility and trying to get these refills make me want to go elsewhere. The petty response and text messages from whoever keeps contacting me are not needed. The medication was issued 3-24, I was given 4 months worth, please do the math in your head and grow up.

We are here from out of town and my dog needed treatment same day. I called late in the day and they told me to bring her right in! Everyone was very nice…the front desk, vet tech, and doctor…all wonderful!

Only vet that was open late in the area and they took us last minute for an emergency case, right before they closed. We didn’t think we had time to get to the closest vet ER. My husband said they were waiting at the door and ready for the emergency. They were very thorough. THANK YOU

Took a friend with her cat.Very nice facility.Liked that there were only a couple of people in the waiting room at a time.The staff are very nice and professional.They explained everything and wrote out the prices of everything for my friend.They were very good with the cat.

I took my Bull Mastiff 4 years old to this vet and twice this year he was misdiagnosed. 1st instance he has an infection in his paw but vet never even physically inspected paw but told us he had a bone disease . Put him under, took X-rays and a thousand dollars later sent him home. Several days later we noticed redness in between toes and took him back in. This time placed him on antibiotics and he was fine that night. Called vet to let him know of the misdiagnosis and asked him to call me. He never returned my call. 2nd time Could not see my dog for a week and a half. I took him in for what we thought was another’s foot infection. Vet did swap and said it was an infection. Put him on antibiotics. Another $400 in vet visits and medication that didn’t work. A week later what we thought was an infection grew worse and larger. At this point I went to another vet for a 2nd opinion. He was diagnosed with cancer and has surgery tomorrow to remove the growth. I would NEVER recommend to take your animal here. Unprofessional, inaccurate diagnoses and expensive.
