Place going down hill. Short staff; over ratio consistently; careless incidents; seems to be pushing out the good staff too.

Amazing day care. All three of our children have gone to TLC and we can’t say enough good things about the staff and the program.

For over 3 years we have trusted TLC to care for our son and we could not have more confidence in the team at TLC. Thank you!

Wonderful daycare with great teachers and staff. My son has been there from 8 months until now 3 and they’ve helped him grow and develop and especially helped with things like potty training, eating and naps. Highly recommend this small family run daycare for anyone looking!

Waiting until a child’s feet and hands are literally purple before contacting the parents is not okay. They should’ve immediately contacted 911, and they should have noticed the infant’s discoloring well before it was so severe. Why did it take teachers so long to notice something was amiss? Clearly they are not doing their due diligence to these children in their care.Cases should be reported to families immediately, also. Other daycares can manage this so I’m confused why TLC is struggling to be transparent about case numbers. It’s reprehensible that they aren’t. I’m sickened by all the positive reviews within hours after they are being called out for their lack of care for a child. Of course you can’t stop COVID, but you can help families by informing them when there is an outbreak.

TLC is an extremely professional facility that has been in business for many decades and run by the same family. I myself worked there years ago as a college student and witnessed how the staff interacted- no "bullying" or "unprofessional" behavior as one reviewer claims. It is a shame that certain reviewers are attempting to smear & destroy this business despite the facility immediately jumping to action when symptoms of Covid were discovered and medical attention immediately provided & the facility shut down per health department guidelines. This is a wonderful place where generations of children have been lovingly cared for by professional people who deserve to continue in their jobs rather than be intimidated and threatened by keyboard warriors who have a personal vendetta.

Our children have been at TLC since birth, and we've had a great experience! Their teachers are caring about our children's individual needs and are always responsive to our questions.

“My 5 month old granddaughter Madelyn almost died. .she contracted Covid there and developed Multi System Inflammatory Syndrome in children (MiS-C). This Hudson daycare laid out procedures prior to reopening in the pandemic. Some were followed without flaw while others went by the wayside.. Daycares should never allow covid to run rampant in their facilities without alerting the parents each andevery time a member (student or teacher) of their community tests positive!! When parents are informed of new cases, it allows them to make decisions on whether or not their children should return.

TLCs covid protocols are excellent, and even surpass the state requirements. Their handling has been world class.TLC helped raise both my children as if they were family. Extremely well run daycare. Staff is great.

This place is unprofessional as it comes. How certain employees are able to behave is absolutely appalling. The Director, while she nice, is a total push over and allows certain members of her staff to act like a bully to other employees. The staffing there is a mess. Bullying at any age is unacceptable. I only hope that the staff doesn't bully the children and sets better examples for our future generation. One member inparticular speaks and acts so rudely and puts the center at risk by only showing up to work when she feels like. There is more focus on drama then there is on educating. Hopefully the director stops allowing one bad seed to affect the rest of her employees or this place will continue to lose good employees. Also, teacher's need to wear their masks the proper way. More than 15 children and staff tested positive for covid and then didn't share the honest numbers with parents. Terribly ran business!!!!!

I’ve been employed at TLC for over 3 years now. I’ve learned so much and met some life long friends here. My coworkers and the children have become my family. If you are a hard working, passionate, creative, and most importantly loving person, this is a perfect job for you.

“I was once someone who believed that the coronavirus was not as serious as it is. Once I saw the pictures of that baby’s feet from THIS DAYCARE on a public forum and her mother pleading for people to take this seriously... my views have changed. I can’t believe daycares don’t alert parents to how many covid cases they have. Parents need to be informed!! These are their children!!!This place failed them miserably. This never should’ve happened.”

TLC is more than a daycare and preschool. It is a family, a community and the place my three children have called their second home since 2015. Every teacher and staff member goes above and beyond to not only take care of the children but to make sure it’s an environment which allows them to explore, play, learn and grow. My oldest child started kindergarten this year and I feel was extremely prepared from preschool. Their daily lesson plans and activities in all classrooms, regardless of age, are carefully thought out to ensure our children are hitting their milestones and thriving.Over the course of this pandemic, management has provided the information that parents needed and notified us directly if our children were in contact with someone in the center who tested positive. After speaking with the Summit County Board of Health, who called me once my daughter was in contact with someone positive, it was clear that TLC was taking the necessary precautions and doing everything in their control to help stop the spread within the building. If you’re here researching a care provider for your child or grandchild, I highly recommend TLC. I urge you to only consider the reviews from folks here with direct experience with the center.
