“They worked on my car for an insurance claim. They referred me to Perfect Auto Collection for a rental, which I was happy with my rental. They kept me informed on the status of my car and the services performed. They did external and mechanical repairs. Upon return, my car was cleaner than the day I bought. “I had a Winnebago that needed hauled out and scrapped. I went through Peddle and Allen Alloys said they normally don’t take campers. They came to my house, took a look at it and rescheduled a pick up even though that’s not something they usually do. Super appreciative of both the staff at the office and the drivers for going out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!”
“GREAT!!!! Showed up very quickly, by far fastest I have ever seen a tow truck show up to the location. About 15 mins. There was no discussion of the price when I called, a fundamental error, but I was having a hard time getting anyone to come get my car from the side of the road. So takes the car and me to a shop a mile or 2 from where I was. He drops the car in a parking spot and asks if I was quoted a price. I said no. So he says his boss quoted. $xx.xx and I was so happy, cheapest tow I have ever had, 1985 tow was literally alot more. My situation and distance I am sure played a big part and including the drive to my car, and drop at shop probably took them 30 mins(awesome service). BUT many or most take advantage, and They did not in any way. GREAT Service, great price, and without a doubt some great people! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆ 10 stars perfect score!”
“So glad we used them. Our vehicle needed to be scrapped at it needed picked up ultimately.
I found Barberton junk cars online and filled out their quote on their site (super easy)
They gave us an EXCELLENT and FAIR price. Even on top of that THEY picked it up! Other places said it would be the pay out only if we brought it there.
They worked with us to accommodate our situation and paid cash on the spot. WE WILL use them again in this fashion. We appreciate you Matt! Thank you!”
“Fast friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, not at all what I expected. They candidly told us what to expect and what future repairs we'd need and
the prices were pretty decent.
There was a lapse in communication between the mechanic and I concerning what we perceived to be a fueture repair. No accommodations or discounts were offered, and we had to fork out the money on a repair we were not prepared for at the time, but at least it's out of the way.
Overall, it was a good place and great mecahnics, I would recommend B &B”

“I recently bought a 2008 Ford mustang and as luck would have it, the wiper fluid sprayers stopped working after i brought it home. I had already brought my truck here before for a general inspection and they did a good job so I trusted they could figure out the mustang. I dropped my car off Thursday night and they were done with it by 3 pm the next day. They are very honest and get right to the point when diagnosing your car. The price they quoted me was also less than neighboring shops which is a huge plus these days. I will definitely be back again for any other work I can't do at home.”

“I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!”

“Highly recommend!!! Came within 45 minutes (would have been here sooner but previous appointment took longer than expected by no fault of his! He was very apologetic). He made sure I was in a safe area when I called for a tow and clearly takes pride in doing a good job! He also went the extra mile and made sure I knew to contact my insurance to see if the tow was covered! He even made sure to stay with my car until it was in the shop garage and sent me a picture!”
