Be careful ordering if you think you are not sure you want this because the return process is going to be a lot of work apparently. You have to remove all the foam from the sack. And throw all the foam away and then mail the liners back.

I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.

I almost didn't order from this company due to these reports but the good reviews outweighed the bad by A LOT and I'm glad I made the purchase. I placed my order on November 17, 2022 and received it the very next day. ***************, awesome chair and it was everything the company promised. Thank you Ultimate Sack!

I purchased a **** sized bag from Ultimate Sack on 5/31/22. This particular sized bag is "advertised" on website as being *****lb, yet upon receipt and weight (minus shipping box and other packaging) was only *****lb. Meaning, false advertising 100%! I then sent numerous emails to their customer support and that's when "Marketing" personnel ***********************, responded "?The sack will take 3-5 days to fully expand. Yes the weight does vary based on the density of foam that it inside the bag. However as long as the bag is to its full potential there is nothing to worry about." It's apparent they are well aware of the weight difference, thus asked why their company isn't practicing "ethical/honest" behavior, and this is the response I received once again from **** **** weight does not matter as long as the Sack is expanded appropriately. We will send you more foam."So based on TWO responses to my concerning emails of consumers being taken advantage of and lied to, not once did **** address the false advertising about "weight." Instead, he redirected the concerns/focus and had the nerve to say if the bag reached its advertised dimensions, there's no issues. Well, anyone that understand math/logic/volume would know that "Weight/Density" DOES play a critical role in terms of the competition and thus competitive advantage. I carefully compared UIltimate Sack to numerous other brands offering the same/similar size, with the only difference being "weight", which is directly correlated to higher pricing, and why I specifically chose Ultimate Sack, since their **** bag was advertised to weigh at least 10+lbs more than the competition, which would justify the added cost. The extra foam they sent is NOTHING like what came with bag, which was good sized/dense, whereas the extra foam is TINY and not nearly as dense. I've requested "managerial" personnel per false advertisement about weight, not to mention completely ignoring ethical/moral concerns, ignored 1 week later

Have two sacks purchased in 2020 [5000 model] and they have been completely awesome!!! Kids love them, super comfortable and always get a lot of use in our finished basement

They don't return emails, and they're phone's been disconnected. I ordered a chair for my grandson's B'day, it has yet to arrive. 2 days late thus far. Fedex, quit tracking it.

I ordered the 6000, a foot stool, and pillow. After arriving days late I only received the foot stool, and pillow. I DID NOT receive the 6000 bag, neither of the covers for foot stool or bag. I spent close to 300 for nothing! I’m so up set!

I ordered and paid for 3 bean bags, but only 2 bean bags were delivered. I've called (left voicemails) and emailed every day for almost a week and no one has returned my calls/email. Incredibly frustrating. I just want a refund but I can't reach anyone.

I bumped this up from 1 star review. I'd go higher but the website customer support doesn't work. The listed email address for questions isn't active, the contact number is a fax machine and the website messenger reply takes over a day to get a response.As listed in the response from the company, the shipping is a little misleading. You can pay extra for quicker shipping on in-stock items. However that is shipped from the warehouse within 1 day, and then about a week for west coast to arrive. However, the 1 day shipping did not, in my case, ship within 1 day. Hence why I was trying to reach a customer support agent to get an ETA. So take that from what you will.

Unbelievably comfortable. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I’ve had it for half a day, I’ve already fallen asleep in and watched a full movie. My only regret is not having had one already. Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, couldn’t be happier. GREAT BUY!!!!
