I'm taking an international trip and had to send a wire transfer to pay for an outing. Marina was super helpful and even gave me other tips to make the vacation better like free foreign currency exchange and a credit card that has no foreign exchange penalty.

I’ve had a really good experience here the last 3 years. Refinancing my car in 2020, working with Rachael on help with my accounts, depositing money. I’ve always been treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect each visit. One of the employees speaks multiple languages also which I can imagine would be very helpful for a multitude of people.

This branch is the absolute worst. They are rude, unfriendly, not helpful and uneducated. I have been banking with US bank for over 20 years and have frequented numerous branches. The Hudson branch should be shut down. Corporate should be ashamed of this branch. I live in Hudson, but drive to other various locations that are 20 minutes out of my way … just so I don’t have to deal with these incompetent people.

The older foreign lady tried to steal my money.I went inside to deposit $400. When it was my turn to be helped I handed the teller 8 $50 dollar bills. She counted them, but never asked me how much I was depositing. She then asked if I used my debit card often and told me that she needed my phone to sign me up for a cash back rewards program of some kind. She seemed much more concerned with that task then with depositing the money into my account. I declined the offer and went back out to my car. Before I left the bank I checked my mobile bank app to make sure the deposit went through only to discover that the amount deposited was only $160. Either the teller doesn’t know the difference between a $50 and a $20 or she is deliberately committing a crime.I walked right back in the bank to address the situation. They figured out the mistake and got it taken care of. This should have never happened and she should no longer have a job with that much carelessness. If this happens to you, I would call the cops and have her arrested because it’s obviously fraud.

After experiencing very pushy sales tactics and intrusive, unsolicited advice to open CDs, I should have known to go somewhere else but still decided to bring my elderly father anyways to open an account. The bank teller refused to help him unless he also opened a credit card to which he said no to multiple times. Unprofessional all around and frankly you shouldn’t prey on seniors. Being a USBank member for over 20 years, I’ve never experienced this type of brazenness from other branches. I do not recommend the Hudson branch.

Worst Experience and Discriminated based on color.I was their for Cashier check and it was emergency for me.I asked the old lady who was work there but SHE WAS RUDE AS HELL. She said she don’t do it and when we trying to tell her that integer us branch do this all time. But she rudely replied and told us to have fun with other branches.Even they didn’t seem want to work, both ladies where so rude.This is really not expected from employees who’s getting paid for public service.Worst branch and employees

I have been banking at US Bank for over 10 yrs. I went in to do a simple wire transfer to someone, had I done this online it would have been easy. Not only did they not complete my wire transfer but they began to ask me very intrusive questions that frankly have nothing to do with my transfer - this is not about KYC or security - this is about control. I will be closing my account here.

I have banked at US Bank for 10+ yrs. I went in to do a very basic money transfer to someone and not only did they not complete my transfer but they gave me the third degree, asked me some very intrusive questions. Had I simply done this online it would have been easy and straightforward. This had nothing to do with KYC or the security of my money - and everything about exerting control. If you want to have management over your own money then I do not recommend banking at this branch. I am closing my account here.

This will be the 2nd discrimination experience I had at this particular location where I have been a member for years and I would appreciate it if you guys do not contact me again.I applied for a business checking account and I decided to withdraw my application and go someplace else as I feel discriminated against.When I requested information about business credit/business loans and I am African American. The business representative from the Hudson Ohio location immediately mentioned that US Bank does not provide business lines of credit and/or business loans to "people of my credit score".I asked her what is the minimum credit score and she said "680" when I have a 740. She never even checked my credit score. She also mentioned that the applicant is not allowed to have any bankruptcies in the past 10 years when I am reviewing the business credit/loans on the website and it says something entirely different. My bankruptcy has been discharged for over 3 years. She referred me to SBA when US Bank clearly provides these services and it is on their website.Again, please do not contact me again whenever I apply for anything else in the future and give my application to another surrounding US bank that knows how to communicate with other cultures and ethnicities.

This locations team is very well trained and eager to help. I talked to Nik and he was very involved and understand my issue and help me out going above and beyond. As usual, they treat me as i am important customer for them, which really give motivation and satisfaction.

These broads do not want to help you. I was told they could not change my pin. I then called online services and my pin was changed. 3 women two old one younger sitting behind her desk. Concerned more with stuffing her face then trying to help out a customer! Lazy lazy unhelpful.
