The previous group of staff was super friendly. Now the lady with the glasses who is here any time I come in is super not friendly. Makes a local USPS experience not as great.

Pamela is the sweetest. Line wait time can be a lot depending on the day, but the staff are all friendly and efficient. The store is always very clean.

Unprofessional and disorganized. Multiple missing packages. Called up to ask about one of my packages that was stuck there and the lady on the phone snapped at me for asking.

i don’t trust them, many of my packages come up missing, lately they have been opening my mail before delivery, here is a pack of clothes my friend sent me that was sliced open thru multiple layers by the driver to inspect what was inside and determine if worth stealing or not!! i have also had sensitive envelopes opened they are targeting personal information
