Nate was incredibly helpful and efficient in assisting my elderly father with an issue that arose after upgrading his phone plan, which had caused his bill to nearly double. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made us feel at ease, and was able to resolve the issue by restoring the monthly cost to its original amount. Thanks to Nate’s outstanding service, my father chose to stay with Verizon. He is truly an asset to the company.

This store is awesome! From the moment I walked in the customer service was fantastic! Ryan was the sales associate who was patient & helped me with my new phone!
