I have mail in my box to go out, but, they never came and picked it up. It is time sensitive, too. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed

I get my neighbors mail at least twice to three times a month and they get mine. I get the previous owners mail and I write on mail "Forward" or "Does not live at this address" or "Return to Sender" and my mail carrier left a note in my mail box that reads "DO NOT WRITE ON MAIL" ? I called the USPS and asked if it's ok to write on mail to "Return to Sender: or "Forward" and I was told yes to either do that or directly hand it to mail carrier and let he or she know or bring mail that is not mine to post office. Also my mother is a mail carrier in Lakewood and she said people write "Return to Sender" or "Forward" on mail all the time and its ok to do that. A few times I don't write on the mail that it needs to be returned to sender or forwarded and I leave in mailbox with flag up and the carrier leaves the mail in my mailbox because the address on mail is the correct address but the person don't live here so thats why I write on the mail and put back in mailbox with flag up.

The delivery driver is too lazy to get out of there car and leave a note on the door saying that they tried to deliver a package. Also, they are too lazy to put that note in the mailbox with the rest of the mail.

They don't deliver packages to the front porch! They leave it in front of the garage, where I ran it over! I have evidence to prove it!
