“i love this store!! every time ive gone in there its been amazing. it is amazing inside the building. even bathroom is cute. so cute and neat inside. I went there with my boyfriend and seen they had squishy toys. i looked at them because I wanted one for so long and I found a adorable mushroom one. I got it ofc. I got back out to my car and opened the packaging just to find out there was a hole. I immediately took it back in and the lady up front said i couldn't get a refund or get a new one. its against story policy that if you dont open it in the store you cant. only bad experience I've had. every other time was amazing. still love this store and I'm gonna get a new squishy lol”
