I’ve never had so many issues with one pharmacy. Every month when I go to pickup they say “I’m not in their system” and then a couple days later I’ll get a call saying I have one day left to pickup my prescription. They also say it’s ready and it’s not. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area.

Discount drug Mart is one of my favorite stores as it has just about everything you can ever need, from health needs to groceries and even clothing. It is definitely my kind of store.

Pharmacy workers are rude and slow and don’t seem to know how to look something simple up. My dr ordered me a cuff for BP and I went Monday they said I needed to wait a couple of days for my insurance to approve it and it’s now Saturday and they still have no idea what I’m talking about. When I go asked to pick it up. Terrible service would not recommend definitely going to be switching pharmacies

The Huron Oh store is superior to the Sandusky store, the clerks at the Huron store are much nicer and far more helpful. I quit the Sandusky Discount Drugmart last year because of one particular register clerk that had been so nasty to not just me over the last few years, but other customers as well. I gladly drive the extra 6 or 7 miles to shop the Huron store.

HUGE improvement for starters. In the past, I dreaded going to the pharmacy. The pharmacist and workers were rude, slow, and confused. Also, who wants to go to a pharmacy where there is a lot of turnover, as in the past?. It didn’t instill much confidence. But recently I have noticed a big change. The pharmacists are very capable and, I feel, quite experienced. Also, the staff seems to be very helpful and friendly when filling Scripts. If the cost is pretty high, I am called to make sure I want the medication and I’ve been given advice on a cheaper medication OR the cost through GoodRX. New management? New pharmacy employees including the pharmacist? Whatever changes were made were made in the positive. I no longer dread going to this pharmacy. Much improvement. Thank you.On another note… drug Mart has excellent produce at a reasonable cost. If you need produce, go there instead of to Cornell‘s. Cornell’s produce costs are so much higher.

It's actually a good company. But I have and others I know have had so many problems with their pharmacy!! I can't understate it enough. They are either extremely, extremely slow, or rude. A lot of times both. A pharmacist actually yelled at my sick mother because she asked to pick up too many prescriptions. (She was taking care of my gma and step gpa) If they could fix those attitudes and work faster I would've gave 5 stars tbh.

Avoid sending any prescriptions here, they will price gouge you and hold it hostage when you attempt to transfer to a more reasonable pharmacy.The pharmacist refuses to honor GoodRx prices.I was forced to call my doctor to have an entire new prescription called in which takes days vs them simply transferring it causing a potential health risk due to getting medication late.

Terrible service. Always. Pharmacy clerks are unfriendly, abrupt and rude. They serious lack customer service and social skills. This is not a Pharmacy that cares about its customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been getting my medications & shopping here for 25 yrs,I have always had a great experience,they are friendly helpful, most of the girls in the pharmacy know my name by seeing my face. I get my meds in sync every month with no prob!

They are some pharmacy technicians that are nice and a great pharmacist. But, there is a pharmacist and a pharmacy technician that are always extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband every single time for no reason. He always waits his 30 days and they still give him problems. My husband is very non confrontation and never says anything, but he tells me and he knows how I am and how I don't take disrespect, so he never allows me to deal with it because he says it won't matter and it doesn't. They need to learn how to talk to people. No one is above anyone. I understand being understaffed but don't get into the business of customer service if you don't know how to speak to people. It's the only one around here so I guess they get to just talk to people however they feel. Go into a different field if you don't want to deal with people. There are plenty of jobs out there... geezz

I’m wondering where the nice polite Pharmacy employees have gone. The last two times I have had to get prescriptions there is confusion as to where scrips are, they don’t listen for you to explain. They flit off then have to come back and ask what you were trying to tell them. Also there is a blond who was very rude. In the past I have always been very happy. Hope to get back to that

Ugh. Not a fan of their pharmacy, although I am assuming it is not their fault but something at the corporate level. Long story short, we called in a prescription and were told it was ready for pick up. After driving to the store, and walking to the back of the building, I was told that the prescription was NOT ready and would not be in until the following day. When asked, they said that this happens a lot as the call comes in from corporate to say that the prescription is ready, not from the store level. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location. Fool me once...

Very disappointed in the pharmacy staff today. I was trying to schedule my 13 year old for her covid booster. The FDA approved this yesterday. The website still only allowed 16 and older. When I called not only did the woman not know anything about it but she also hung up on me! I understand they are busy but there’s no need to be rude.

Great place to shop and find about everything you may need! It definitely saves me the run around and I appreciate the helpful staff!
