I guess reviews vary within a company depending on where they are and who is in charge of that location. All I can say is that the Huron location is the best I've used. I'm not sure that I realized how good they were until my supplier tried using another trucking company for my orders and it was a disaster. Added 3 to 4 days to every shipment. After they tried two others, I demanded that they go back to FedEx for my deliveries or I would take my business elsewhere. They did so and it has been good ever since. From the dispatchers at the terminal to the drivers, especially my usual driver, I couldn't ask for better service.

Had a large item damaged in shipping. They paid a claim for the item quickly and painlessly.

I work here. This is the HEAVY freight division, so not for your small packages. Go to Package Central in Sandusky for FedEx delivery of your small packages.

Dropped on wrong adress, and I emailed them saying it was wrong adress, but they didn't do anything and said it was delivered. Next thing you know one of my neighbors said a wrong package was delivered to their house. Thank goodness my neighbor was good, or else who knows what would happen to the 100 dollar package
