Visited this store today (9/15/2025) with the hopes of finding specialty screws for my brakes on my electric bike. Drew was able to find the screws I needed. In fact, he let my husband install one of the screws on my brake disc to ensure it was the right fit before purchasing them. ACE...they really are the helpful place. Thank you, Drew!!! You saved us a lot of future grief considering we do not live in the area.

2 old ladies was there. They need to find other things to do. As I walked in and was hit with questions right off the bat with 1 old lady I knew what I needed but she proceed to get involved and get it all well she got it everything all wrong as when I got home before even starting I knew it was all wrong and even 1 of the wing nuts didnt fit on the screws. So, back to that Ace to return everything. As I went to my Homedepot and got everything for 5bucks instead of 22.00 at Ace. So word to the wise be careful of who gets involved into your shopping and go to a cheaper store. As the outcome will be better than what I had, and your wallet will not be so lighter neither.

My husband and I both like supporting this store, and the one in Norwalk. Locally owned, and the staff is so friendly! They also have a great selection for tools, lawn and garden, paint and supplies, canning stuff- they really have a TON of variety!

Since the new owners have been in place this once great local store is not so great anymore. Open hours reduced and can no longer use a card for total less than $5.

Will never be back first I complained about Tom being rude, then my mom goes in and he told her youll have to find someone else to wait on you. I complained about his nasty attitude once and he’s still doing it, now I’ll be calling corporate. If he doesn’t want to work why employ him in customer service

I personally don't know how they do it!! They always seem to have what I need. I love going to a locally owned store all day. Staff is always happy to help.
