Service was poor tried to get my wheelchair to fit me best and they did not seem to care enough to listen to what I needed very disappointed in Stride mobility I mean the person that relies on the wheelchair to get around has to feel comfortable and safe

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed a knee scooter to rent. Was told $95!!/ month! I said I could buy multiple models to own on Amazon for $109!!; Why so much? Was told, that’s the price. Showed them all the models I could OWN!! Went to another medical supplier and paid $35 / month.

Good company to deal with, helped us find the right recliner for my husband. Delivered and set up with care in less than a week. Other places were not has helpful and it was a month out for delivery.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Called them to rent a scooter VERY last minute for my dad. It was 4:40p.m. on a Friday and they close at 5p.m. I asked the lady if I could process my card over the phone and if she’d wait for me, as my ETA was 5:01. Not only was she accommodating, she was very patient and friendly! When I arrived, they gave me the full rundown on how to work it and helped me load it into my van. As if couldn’t get better, their prices are absolutely wonderful! The only potential issue I could see anyone having is the hours of operation, as you can’t return your rental until Monday, since they’re closed Saturday and Sunday. We don’t leave on Sundays though, so it worked out well for us! Thank you guys soooo much! You’ll have return customers in us!

The purchase of a new power chair to someone who is totally dependent on its use is a big deal. Stride Mobility, especially Ray, made it so very easy for me to purchase a new chair. He was so very nice and accommodating in all ways. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. Thanks to Stride and Ray! Joy Frabotta

I'm in Toledo and had contacted all of the local DME companies. They were not helpful. I contacted Stride and a month later my daughter is on her way to getting her wheelchair. Brian is absolutely a saint.

Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend Stride for wheelchair and equipment needs. This company goes the extra mile to make sure that their customers receive the appropriate equipment and repairs as needed.

I would recommend that folks find somewhere else to go for their power chairs and wheelchair needs I have had nothing But issues with this company from getting repairs my powerchair has sat more than been used due to not being abled to get timely repairs and customer service is horrible they don't update contact information, they are condescending and rude and like to try to talk down to folks

Although they were not able to provide us with the equipment we were in search of for short-term use AND VERY last minute due to a different companies "ball drop". The ladies we spoke with where top notch and did all they could to help us! Would definitely recommend stride to anyone in search of wheelchair needs!

We had a great experience getting my son's new wheelchair. They were even kind enough to come meet me in the parking lot so I didn't need to take the old chair out as well.

So we went to this location come to find out they moved witch was no problem so my mom and i went to the new location and found out they r be hind a building so we go in and the gentlman is talking to us and i asked him about the other ones at the store and he tried saying we moved everything to the new location and clearly he either was trying to lie or did not here me witch im pretty sure i was cler on what i said and they r way over price on something you might not get your moneys worth out of
