Pleasant and efficient. I have been dealing with Vacationland for over ten years and have nothing but praise for their staff and procedures. They pay fair rates of return on CDs and have quick answers to any questions. Very glad that they have a Huron office.

Have been a member since they opened here in Sandusky. Their customer service has gone from fantastic, better than regular local banks to poor, worse than others. From long waits to talk to someone, to LOTS of mistakes made with money. withdrawing and depositing in wrong accounts. Apparently tellers don't look at the account number just the name! how bad is that! I also despise the "new" lobby layouts. There is no privacy when transacting bank business. This is a small town you can hear everything the customer is doing with their money and because of the poorly thought out design, all those stupid angles, you can even see what is going on, Used to be a relatively private thing to go up to a teller and make transactions. I don't want to hear what people are doing or what their balances are or if they have withdrawn accounts, esp. if I know them and I don't want anyone knowing what I have in the bank. The tellers also are not discreet, they are loud and make no effort to keep the transactions private. It's not a bank in my opinion. We are moving our money elsewhere. We want a place that treats it's customers like they are of value and they understand that no matter how much money they have they all deserve to be treated well. Vacationland is now all about signing you up for loans, period.

I've been waiting about 2 months for an ATM Card that I have ordered three times now. They asked me to go to the person now living at my old residence to see if it went there?!?!?! You want me to go knock on somebody's door in another town to ask them if you mistakenly sent my "secure" info to them? You don't know where you sent it? My address was updated over a year ago and I get all other statements from them. The staff is friendly and efficient (normally). The place is clean.

My husband and I have been members since Feb. 2009. This credit unions customer service has really declined. I had to call yesterday and was first in line to speak to someone. I waited 20 min on hold. Had no choice but to hang up because I had to get back to work. If it wasn't such a pain to change banks, we would be gone. I got better customer service at regular banks.
