I had to get my truck flywheel done asap. Bill hurried it along and did a great job. Will definitely be using them if I have anymore transmission problems

If you have a warranty-related issue—but you’re NOT in need of a running car, take your car to this AAMCO. The car will sit and collect dust while Bill tells you he’s checking with your warranty.. Well we did our homework and called the warranty who said that Bill NEVER called them. No wonder Bill was already “suggesting” we get a LOAN and sign paperwork for a “probably $9,000” used part that he would KINDLY look into finding for us. After confirming his lie with the warranty company (2 weeks after the car sat there) We marched right over to take our car elsewhere. A professional spot who immediately did paperwork with us, took all the info and got to work on making calls. Everything we never saw from ROBERT/BILL.. So FYI Mr. Bill: Doing wrong to your own community will bring bad karma to your business maybe even a lawsuit. Happy New Year and God Bless your CAR-DRIVING family members.

Just a heads up I would never send my Worst enemy so this place took my car in for some engine work and they tore my car apart when they gave it back to me after they told me they didn’t even work on my car took it to Kia and they tell me that they did they didn’t work on it they tore it up so I had to come out of my pocket paying more money than I expected to spend on a simple engine problem never take your car there save the trouble and go elsewhere I encourage you to and I’m going to report them so they knowService: Transmission

As of right now I'm only going to give it a 3 . Truck went in on a Friday for a blown transmission. Owner or someone called and gave me the bad news but also gave me options. My wife and I decided to get it rebuilt .I will update as soon as I get the truck back, so far so good. Very friendly people and sincereService: Transmission

Just so everyone can have an UP-TO-DATE review of this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone that I care about in any way. Have taken two vehicles here, the first one was for a simple starting issue and after getting my vehicle back, I was left with a dead car in the middle of six lane traffic.... now I have to take my car somewhere else just to get it running again. I had also taken our Dodge Charger in to get it straight piped and now I have lights on in my dash and my engine apparently needs serviced.... just did that before winter started.... please save yourself TIME AND STRESS, find another place to take your vehicle since these people truly do not care

They were nice people but they dont do any work on rear ends which i thought was part of the drive train , and they diagnosed my problem without opening the cover on my rear end ???? Good guess but I like to know what is the exact problem not a good guess. Not too happy , but they did not charge me for not doing anything so I guess that is good

Our Suburban's transmission went out on a trip out of state, and it ended up at aamco with Bill. It could not have ended up in better care. I was a nervous wreck because the car was towed there without me meeting any staff or seeing the shop ahead of time. Bill was in contact with me during non-business hours to assure me that he would take care of the car. He was honest and up front and went above and beyond to take care of us from a whole different state. Thank you!!

If you want excuse after excuse for having your vehicle for two weeks, then this is the place for you. We have a Ford Focus ST. They broke a hose while repairing clutch and flywheel, then got the wrong part in to repair the hose twice. Waiting on third try. Have heard nothing and don’t have a vehicle to get to work. Best of all we paid for the repair already. Don’t recommend at all. Everyone giving rave reviews for this place and from my experience with them, I don’t understand it. Extremely upset.
