“This was the first shop I went to in search of my wedding dress and it was such a great experience! All of the staff was friendly and made me and my group feel welcome. The shop is clean and bright and they had such a good selection of dresses. I worked with Fawn and she was so sweet and was so good at listening to what I wanted. She was very patient and they even let me come in a second time to try on my top choice again and spend as much time as I needed to make a decision and take pictures. She even offered my friend and I champagne! I would recommend this place to any of my friends, it was such a positive experience and they helped make fantastic memories of finding my dream dress!”

“It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. She is not pushy at all but has such great taste that you really trust whatever direction she is gently pointing you towards.
