“Brandon and the whole team at Urban Orchid were a dream to work with for my wedding! He asked a lot of great questions in our initial consultation to help me figure out exactly what I was going for, and also provided great suggestions for tweaks to help me stay within my budget. Lori was also very quick to answer my questions throughout the planning process.
Everything turned out perfectly - even better than the vision I had in my head! My bouquet was truly beautiful and I received so many compliments on it. I also absolutely loved the flower arch they designed for me (I wish I could have taken it home!).

I had to place a rather large order for my mother in laws funeral with short notice, but the staff at this location made sure it happened. They took great consideration of our preferences and sought out special flowers to make the arrangements more meaningful. There were orchids, dog wood, giant roses, just so many beautiful choices were made. I am so pleased with my choice of florist and wish them all the success in the world.”

“this was my first time ever going to a flower shop. I wanted baby’s breath specifically for my gender reveal picnic and they were SO kind there. they made sure to pick me out the freshest baby’s breath they had, with a little greenery to go with it. every other flower shop I called quoted me $30 for a small bouquet of JUST baby’s breath and told me i’d need to order way ahead of time. I only paid around $10 here as a walk in. it’s been 5 days and my baby’s breath are in a vase & still beautiful. made my special moment and day perfect. thanks to the ladies here who helped me!”

“I wish I knew the ladies name. I think it was Michelle. We ordered online at a website I was not a fan of. My friends credit card got stolen on that website! The day before a funeral! I called, this amazing woman answered the phone the day of the services. She worked with my friend and myself on at least 3 different phone calls! She made magic happen and had two arrangements at the viewing on time! Same day! Great people. Great patience! Amazing service! Thank you! If it wasn't weird to photograph at a funeral, I would have taken pictures”
