Four stars because logistically everything went well and technically the flowers were all good. However I was unsatisfied with the wedding bouquet and the boutonnières. I was also a bit unimpressed with the attitude of the employee I talked to. But overall it was good.

I called to order some flowers over the phone and Laura could not have been more helpful. She was friendly and helped me pick out the best arraignment. She even went the extra mile to let me know the order was ready for pickup. Looks like I found my new florist.

I my ordered a corsage for Homecoming and asked for daises, whomever I spoke to advise me they would add white roses as well. She told me the price was $32 I thought if it’s bug and beautiful it would be worth it, but it was not. My husband picked it up, if I did I would have not paid for this. No daises, small unopened roses and hardly nothing else. Not worth $32.

My husband ordered flowers for Mother’s Day that never showered up. Well I shouldn’t say they never showed up. They were delivered the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. He had called on Monday only to find out that they ran out of flowers so they couldn’t complete the order. You’d think it would be a good idea to call the customer to let them know. Not just let the charges go through and wait for the customer to contact for a refund.After they asked my husband if he still wanted the flowers he said yes- they told him they’d be delivered that day (Monday), but they still couldn’t complete that. Shout out to independence flowers for making my husband look stupid on my first Mother’s Day- but at least they let me know in a note that the flowers were ordered before the weekend, just never delivered.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Andrea is without question the kindest, most thoughtful, and caring florist. She's helped get me out of my girlfriends doghouse multiple times, but because she truly cares about her customers she's always remembered my girlfriends name, address, etc. I will absolutely be a lifelong customer, but hopefully not always to tell my girlfriend "sorry I'm a butthead sometimes" lol

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were never delivered. They had no excuse, it wasn't that they couldn't deliver them or anything they just said "Not sure what happened? Yeah looks like we never fulfilled this order. Looks like this happened to a lot of our Seven Hills orders. We can give you a discount on your next order?" Huh??? Why would I order from you again? I had to call them to find out what happened. When I called, they were closed on Monday, their voicemail was full. They have no email. So I had to wait until Tuesday, 2 days later to call. I called a week prior to place my order and they said to order online, so I did. Not sure what else I could have done. They did seem somewhat apologetic but still... how do you just not deliver an order and not even know it either??? They should have delivered them on Tuesday for free at that point.

I ordered flowers late last night to be sent to my mom at her work. They were delivered the next day no problem. However, when I called the morning they were meant to be delivered to ask for a status update, the woman on the other end seemed annoyed, and when the flowers were delivered, despite the fact that my mom said they looked great, there was a scribble on the card (see photo). Not a huge deal, but I'd think for $80.00 they could spare another card after messing up the writing.

I ordered a corsage from this shop for my 5 year old daughter for our first father / daughter dance. I came to pick up the order on Friday evening as they requested after already paying for the corsage over the phone. I arrived and It was not ready. They asked me to come back tomorrow to pick up the order. I called in the morning to make sure my order was ready, in which whoever answered the phone immediately responded “every order is ready, they will be in the hallway.” I arrived to pick up my daughters flower an hour later and there is no flower and no one at the shop. Now, I am left scrambling trying to find something for my daughter. I’m not even sure how I’m going to get my money back but it’s definitely not about the money.

Placed an order on Thursday for a Father/Daughter Dance and was told it would be ready on Friday. Went to pick up on Friday and it wasn't done, told to come back Saturday between 9 and 2. They closed up shop at 1pm, left orders in the hall, none of which were mine, but yet my credit card was charged for the order that I NEVER got !! I will NEVER purchase from this florist shop again!!! They deserve negative star rating
