This company and Christen Varley in particular, was a lifesaver for me during a time of need. My health took a turn for the worst and I decided to retire only a month away from turning 65. I take infusions for Crohn’s disease and finding an insurance option to pay for them was making my head spin. Christen called me and ensured me that we could work it out. We set up an appointment and she walked me through everything step by step and found the best coverage options for me. I was sick and found myself hospitalized before completing the paperwork. Christen was on vacation when I got out of the hospital and still took the time to call me and made sure we everything filed before the deadline. You are not charged for their service but if I was, it would have been worth a lot of money for the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommend!

I had experience talking with my KAZ REP. She actually called me a day prior to my appointment and told me we didn't have to meet after the office. She was at home preparing to meet the next and discovered that after comparing my meds and benefits, I already had the best plan for me. She told me to call my plan and ask about additional benefits that I may be entitled to. I took her advice and called Anthem and received additional benefits that I didn't even know I could have been using free for years. THANK YOU, KAZ!!!

I received the best quality of service from Mark S. than from anyone from other places combined! The KAZ Company was quick to set me up with an agent and Mark was impressively knowledgeable and cleared up every last bit of confusion I had about my insurance needs. If you want to get it right on the first try then this is the place to go!

I had called to inquire/compare my current United Healthcare Medicare + Part D Supplemental policies* to Medicare Advantage.*If this was a review for United Healthcare they'd get no more than 3 stars for multiple mistakes applying Part D premiums to my other Supplemental causing high frustration (trying to talk w/someone who knows what they're doing) & eventually refund checks.The 2 people @ Kaz with whom I spoje were pleasant & helpful.
