Gave a massive sales pitch on the phone that bordered on uncomfortable and very minimal on medical details. I could imagine this company taking advantage of an older person. Also said the test would take 30-60 min. Instead I waited in church basement for 90 min and it took another 60 for the actual testing. I missed a lot...

I like what they do but my experience is frustrating. They won't send results to my doctor. Or return messages. Their chat told me there is a download button for your results. NO, there is not. General email to them bounces. I had better experiences with them years ago.

Long wait. I think they over book. Don't even try to get in early. Not sure if I would do it again.
