My Dad and I visited this location to have services corrected and established. Entering the office, I was immediately greeted by MAYA. She was efficient and kind, and warm, and handled every request with diligence. She assisted with every detail concerning updating my Dad’s service, and fixed everything as it pertains to my parents previous service w/Spectrum.I do regret having to leave in a hurry to make another appointment for and w/my Dad, and not completing a service upgrade that she pitched; and that I was highly interested in signing up with her for… Thank you Maya, and forgive me for not returning and finishing with you. ??I recommend this location, and would always visit here for any in office needs, because everyone on the team there were pleasant and well familiar with their company’s products and services!Thank you again Maya!??

Never felt so disrespected in my life before!!!! the man never listend to my problem he said call customer service while multiple people were being waited on.apparently I was the wrong color very sad!!!! we went down there because the wait service was so long online and we got no response had to come back home and sit on the line for an hour and a half with somebody else and we still have to wait till Sunday to have somebody come out the TVs were not supposed to be shut off we were told they couldn’t be set off unless you do it for two months in a row . Now we’re dealing with Disney on spectrum fighting over who’s gonna get the money from, basically, the people have the service will be the ones Paying . And they had to do it on a weekend in football.

My worst decision was to choose a service from Spectrum . Even after closing the account, they continue to withdraw funds from the card, the employees are extremely incompetent and have no desire to help. What a waste of money and time.

Unfortunately, I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. The staff member who helped me was rude, disrespectful, and told me wrong information. Called Spectrum later that day and they confirmed everything I was told (involving phone options and billing) was completely incorrect.

I stopped in at Spectrum's Rockside location recently. I was greeted by the staff and were very friendly and accommodating. I spoke with Geri and she took care of me very well with a very friendly manner. This is probably the 3rd time I visited this location and all 3 instances were the same very friendly and efficient customer service!!

Horrible experience. My daughters iPhone was not working properly & both salesman looked at phone for about 10 seconds, pushed power button & stated that they could not fix phone. They stated phone would need to be replaced & I should buy a new phone. Phone is a yr old. They also stated they are Techs but could not fix phone. We went to Apple in Beachwood & phone and was working within 2 mins of us walking in the door! Do not go to Spectrum in Independence. They have no clue what they are doing. Just want to scam you. Very disappointed in Spectrum and these salesman/techs.
