“well priced compared to other shops in the area besides the Walmart car center, but nobody should go there anyways.
my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

“I was expecting to spend $500 for the part I needed replaced when I walked in, and they were honest with the other diagnostics on my car and pricing with fixing everything. Every concern I had was addressed and they fixed everything that would allow my vehicle to pass an echeck to renew my tags. All on New Year’s Eve, I ended up paying less than half what I expected. Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“Richard is absolutely someone I would recommend to family, friends, and anyone reading this review. He is fair and honest in his assessment and diagnostic. He is not the one to try and sell you parts or work you don't need. He did work on our Honda Odyssey and not only was it turned around in a reasonable amount of time and did so without breaking our budget like a dealership would. I stand by Richard and his work and if you go to him I know you will too.”
“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

“I have had the hardest time trusting mechanics after having to overpay time and time again with most places not quoting over the phone. My car was in the worst possible condition and I had no way to get to or from work or make my daughter’s appointments and Kevin had me back on the road the next day. Kevin throughout the entire process genuinely cared more about helping me than getting business out of me, he even recommended that instead of trying to keep getting my car fixed that i try to save for a new one and he would help me find the perfect reliable vehicle on his own time. i always have the worst anxiety having to deal with a mechanic but i will never experience that again because i will never go anywhere else.
