Fries and nuggets were not crispy at all, fries were mushy and felt like they didn't even get fried, just warmed up mushy potatoes

Went thru the DT.Problem wasn’t the food it was the service. I took off an additional sandwich ($3.29-JBC) when the full meal I ordered was $5…Lady thru window bagging the food said quote: “he ain’t have any money” when asked why I removed from the kitchen. While rude, that’s pretty funny.Price for a sandwich a la cart being almost as much as the meal itself is another problem. That $3.29 is probably a 1/3 of what that person makes an hour before taxes.Do better all around.

I went here for the 1st time and the workers were amazing. Food was hot and good so therefore 5 ?????

All I'm going to say is seeing that this is Independence Ohio... do a better job in hiring certain people because this place has gone downhill VERY fast. Service is terrible. This is what happens when young people are hired, they run this place

This actually used to be the go to Wendy's. Maybe a change in management? Out of the last 6 attempts at the drive through, I was able place an order 3 times. Only deliveries,.one day, only cash one day, One time sat in the drive through 5 minutes at the speaker, finally left, never got a response.This change from good service to little to no service, and the times I did get to order the burgers were old and dry.

Terrible customer service. We asked for a pretzel bun for two burgers that didn't come with it. They said sure, and it was a regular bun. Don't lie just say no, and we would understand. The lobby door is locked during daylight hours (a red flag), they refused to refund the price of two buns. Then offered to remake them, I clearly heard someone screaming about remaking the burgers. When the burgers were done, they smelled like cigarette smoke! Either they didn't wash their hands after the smoke break or the screaming girl blew smoke on the burgers. We didn't eat them, and threw the remade burgers out. People just don't care. Remember it's a job, not a social thing for playing. Professionalism doesn't exist in the service industry, too much playing around, cell phones, hair styles and music are more important than customer satisfaction.

Worst experience ever. Yes, it was 10 o'clock at night but I spent 25 minutes in the drive through befoe i got my order which was only 2 meals. Got back to my room and found out one of the four items in the bag was missing - a chicken sandwich. Spent another 20 minutes in the drive through again and was handed a Chicken Sandwich that was cold. Probably the same one I had ordered a half an hour ago. No apology or any "sorry for the inconvenience". Nothing. She just thrust the Chicken Sandwich.Out the window and closed the window immediately after I grabbed it. The sandwich was terrible. Worst $24 I spent in Clevland. Worst Chicken Sandwich I've ever had at any Wendy's or anywhere for that matter. Worst service.

Very slow Drive-thru even when its not busy. I think the issue might be with their hires and management. Are they hiring any incompetent fool they find? 40minutes waiting on drive thru with zero cars in front of me for a single meal is unacceptable in my opinion. Also, a lot of times they get the order wrong too.

Food was ok. The service was poor nothing like paying for a meal and we are an inconvenience for ordering dinner. Restaurant was absolutely filthy.

Great food as always. Tried the new " Orange Creamcicle" shake ....not so good. I think they missed the mark with the orange flavor. More like a chemically induced orange chalk. Meh!

I'm so sick of walking up to fast food places and finding the doors locked. If you're going to be drive-thru only, then change your posted hours. I went to McDonald's instead.

I went to the drive through I couldn’t hear the attendant told her if she could speak up so I can hear her. She caught an attitude, poor customer service. I’m surprised Wendy’s has the girl working there. If you don’t want to be there then don’t… no reason the client should have to have a bad experience.

I'm have a hard time going to the Independence Wendy's. I understand chicken takes longer but nobody else in line in and 3 people already been helped. It should take 25 minutes for two sandwiches. . This store
