I called them yesterday since our tank was empty. Very nice people employees at Arricks. Really thought it would be after New Years before they delivered. They came today. I was surprised and not really expecting so soon! I am more than happy with the service and fast delivery. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

Just left this place and won’t be back to this location. I walked in and the one lady was on the phone. The other lady furthest from the door just stared at me and didn’t greet me at all.. I walked over to her desk and at this point she’s still just starring at me.. one of the most awkward and rudest welcomes i’ve ever received. The rest of our encounter was snarky and rude as well. If that was my business I wouldn’t want her to be the face of the business. The lady next to her closest to the door was friendly as were the men working outside. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars.

You can’t beat these people when it comes to propane gas or tanks. They run a professional business with reasonable prices. You can depend on them, no matter the weather, to deliver or supply propane to you!

Terrible customer service...over 2 weeks last two times I called for fill up even though they said a week both times. We need a new tank and last week when I called they said this Tuesday ( tomorrow) and that they would call to schedule a time with me. It’s Monday night and of course they didn’t call. I’m done with this company.
