You all just lost 8 business lines to Verizon because of the rude store manager. I realize I came in, in work clothes but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude. You lost business with a million dollar corporation for being an arrogant jerk.

Signed up with at and t and originally I walked in thinking id get a phone on the spot I didn't so then they sold me one that had to be shipped to me I never received it through the mail so I went back to the store to be told to call a phone number because they can't help me at the store so I called the phone number I need a phone for work this is absolutely the worst customer service or phone store I've dealt with I highly don't recommend

Wonderful service, I was greeted right at the door by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman (although his name escapes me, I do remember his fantastic beard! Lol) I traded my girlfriends old phone for a brand new phone and some change, and added her to my bill. The representative went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Great job!

Went into the Ironton At&t store and had the best experience with the manager at the store. She was very informative and explained the break down of my bill and what to expect with my new service. I have never had someone go above and beyond to make sure i was happy not only with my services but my devices as well! Best experience by far with a cellphone company!

I never feel compelled to leave a bad review for businesses, even with horrible service. So for me to take the time to look up the store just to warn everyone says a lot. I’ve been with AT&T 10+ years and loved all the employees when they were at the Ironton Hills location. I’ve been to the new location twice, and both times the woman who is the manager of the store (wish I would’ve got her name) has been very rude and disrespectful not only to me, but to people I see her conversing with while I’m there as well. Can’t believe I don’t see more complaints about her. My daughter and I went in today to look for her a new phone, the employee that the manager was training was extremely helpful and polite, but when the manager would enter the conversation she was very snarky, sarcastic, every nuance of the word rude. I caught her doing an eye roll when I was explaining to her that I didn’t remember ever signing up for “Next Up” or I would’ve traded in sooner, to which she replied hatefully “Uh yes, you would’ve had to sign up for it to get it”.After almost ordering a phone and I was looking at the screen she was on and seeing that we would have to pay sales tax up front (which I didn’t know) and asked her about it, she replies in the same hateful tone “you do know you have to pay sales taxes on it” ??♀️? Yes, but explaining my costs to me before I place my order would be nice! So I ask her sarcastically back if I should expect any other fees after I get the phone, to which I get an eyeroll and she proceeds to tell me about the upgrade fee I’ll be paying my first bill?!? Didn’t we just have a conversation about how I never knew I had Next Up?? What’s the point in me paying $20 extra a month to upgrade if I have to pay to upgrade when I trade my phone in? By then I was done and we just left. My daughter was just stunned that a woman that was so blatantly rude could be a manager. I believe the district manager should investigate, seems like with that manager there the sales would be plummeting. Worst experience I’ve had by far.

My mom went down to the store to reactivate her eSIM on her line. Chris denied her service and said he couldn’t do that, that she has to go to another AT&T store.DON’T go to this store. Go to the Huntington location for BETTER, friendlier service.

"Highly recommend this location. Read below of why. " Avoid the South Point location, my opinion!South Point AT&T is terrible. There is no customer service whatsoever. The worker actually agreed with me on how terrible AT&T insurance and return policy was lol I was trying to return a charger cord and box but they forgot to add the sale to account "it's as if I never bought it". She couldn't give me her supervisors name or contact number but said she'd pass along the message for me to get a return call. "Sure."My problem is my phone isn't charging ? I needed to know, is it my charger or the phone?! The Customer Service Rep @ sp location said she thought my charging port was a "little" loose, handed me an insurance pamphlet and said I'd have to take my phone to 3rd party store in Huntington for repair ?My advice and reasoning for this review is to save anyone the hassle of wasting their time at this location, and what you want to do is take a little further drive to Ironton and see Jennifer or any other Rep because they're on their "A" game.Ironton actually checked my phone, checked my charger, and sent me home with another cord and box, AND... will personally check up on the status of my phone Thursday, nice ? Ironton

Great customer service, although supplies of most things are lower in this store, I'm guessing that has to do with the location. Nevertheless I has a great experience with the workers and hot what I needed.
