“So grateful for them! My daughter had a blow out and I couldn't reach anyone that evening. The next morning we took the tire down, new tire put on the rim. Didn't charge us an arm and leg. Fast and friendly ?”
“I went there and they automatically knew the problem and fixed it within a reasonable price. I went to four different places before and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it thank gosh, I went there.”
“They have helped me out of some bad spots with my vehicle, they took care of my vehicle making me feel heard , they are very honest and the work is as well.
I don't go to a local machanic I will go to this shop for my vehicle needs”
“Definitely am happy with the work they done on our equinox. They even took the time to detail the inside. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. From dropping off my SUV to picking it up was a quick process. Thank you all for the excellent work and customer service.”
“The service was great. Water pump went out. I called around and really the quote was too high or suspiciously too low. Dickess was really upfront and professional. They were straight about how long they were keeping the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and no hiccups in the process. Thanks Dickess.”
“They found my hard to find factory radio &gave me a great price &a warranty! They quoted me a higher price but lowered it once they located the part &called me back. That shows honesty &in dealing with anything automotive related honesty is an amazing trait to find in a supplier!”
“My wife stopped here on her way back to Dublin, OH from Huntington, WV. They took care of her and charged her more than a fair price. She enjoyed hearing how they have been in business since 1951. It’s reassuring that there are still honest businesses like this in America’s small towns.Service: Oil change”
