Rented the tent, tables and chairs, last summer for our daughter’s wedding. Everything turned out great. I have to say the guys who came to set it up was real troopers. They put the tent up and then I realized it was turned wrong for how we needed, so they took it down and put it back up. It was so hot that day to. The only thing I didn’t like was the bright orange tie down straps. But we covered them with white plastic table cloths from dollar store so it was to hard to cover up. Would definitely rent from them again.

Do not use BC Tool rental. I rented a UHaul and after returning it they falsely claimed the gas was too low and charged an extra $50. When I called to try and get it fixed. He hung up on me. I only drove it 21 miles and put $10 of gas in it

Had a reservation, they did not use it. Set me as a walk in and charged me more than my reservation. Even after I told them my receipt was wrong. So I had to call the customer service line after I got charged the extra amount to get the refund of the difference.
Double check your contract, if it's not right make them re-do it. If you make a reservation and do the checking in prior and they ask for all that dame information again, make them use your reservation.

I came in to rent a jack hammer for a day and the service was so fast and easy I was out the door in less than 5 minutes even with a trainee doing the paperwork! Upon return it was as easy as rolling it in and walking back out. These guys have customer service figured out!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I rented a uhaul and returned it to bc tool rental and the never checked the truck back in. Instead they charged me for three extra days and once uhaul called me asking where the truck was,then they checked the truck back in. Charged me over 1,000 and refuse to talk to me when I call or go over there. Scam artists

‘One star’ is one star too many. After arriving a few minutes before closing time to pick up a reserved U-Haul trailer, we found that the store had been closed down early. Employees Scott Meeks and John Harmon came back to the store after being called by another employee who was still on site and proceeded to scream profanity at myself and my fiancé, demanding to us both that they had not closed early and that we were wrong. We had photo evidence of the fact that we were at their doors before closing time, but they told us they didn’t care what the photos said. Ultimately, they refused us the U-Haul and demanded we leave, after cussing us out further. We recorded the entire exchange on video. Probably the craziest, and poorest, customer-service experience of my life.

Probably the craziest, and poorest, customer-service experience of my entire life. This is supposed to be a certified U-Haul Rental location. After arriving a few minutes before their publicly advertised closing time (5:00 PM) to pick up a reserved U-Haul trailer, we found that the store had been closed down early. Employees Scott Meeks and John Harmon came back to the store after being called by another employee who was still on site and proceeded to scream profanity at myself and my fiancé, demanding to us both that they had not closed early and that we were wrong. We had photo evidence of the fact that we were at their doors before closing time, but they told us they didn’t care what the photos said. We explained that we were not complaining or upset, we simply wanted the trailer. However, both Scott and John continued to cuss at us further and ultimately refused us the U-Haul and demanded we leave. We recorded the entire exchange on video. Customers beware- do not visit this store or do business with these individuals in any way.

Reported to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce for cussing out customers and failing to maintain publicly listed business hours. Read full review. Listed as a U-Haul truck and trailer rental. Hours of operation publicly listed 8A-5P. Reserved a trailer today for pickup. Called at 4:54P to confirm someone was there for pickup. No one answered after 3 attempts. Showed up at 4:58P and the lights were off and no one was working. Found someone outside who had a cell phone number for an employee of BC Tool. Employee was contacted and said he'd return to assist. Employee Scott Meeks showed up at 5:12P with a main character attitude and didn't even know how to use the computer. He then contacted employee John Harmon to come assist. Employee John Harmon then arrived at 5:19P speeding into the parking lot. He seemed upset he had to come back to assist. Employees Meeks and Harmon then called us into the "shop" and continued with their poor attitudes. They said they closed early and said "we can do whatever we want." The conversation then unfolded into Scott Meeks cussing us out and trying to kick one of us out into the parking lot while the other remained in the store. I didn't feel safe leaving the store after employee Meeks cussed, yelled, pointed his fingers and threw his hands up in the air screaming at us about what time we arrived. Both insisted we didn't arrive before 5P and we even took time stamped photos of our arrival. Photos even show cell phone carrier Meta Data depicting arrivals at 4:58P Eastern Standard Time with exact location (even though we arrived before then, I took a photo after we sat a few minutes.) Do not rent anything from this business. It's an unsafe environment. Employees lack any sort of integrity or professionalism. One of the worst interactions with anyone in a public business in my entire life. All of it is on video, also. Stay away, and stay safe.

I rented a water slide from here the night before I needed after another company cancelled on me. The slide was great. My kids loved it. Really friendly workers. It was a 45 minute drive for us to pick up but was so worth it. Can’t beat the prices! We will be back to rent from them again!
