Definitely am happy with the work they done on our equinox. They even took the time to detail the inside. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. From dropping off my SUV to picking it up was a quick process. Thank you all for the excellent work and customer service.

There’s no way I could recommend this body shop. Will now have to go elsewhere to get what they did repaired. It’s not me even being picky about the job, between gluing parts on, not replacing parts that where supposedly bought for vehicle to painting over adhesive stickers on used parts. Do not use this body shop.

I just want to give a Shout out to the people at Tackett’s body shop in Ironton Ohio for always going above and beyond for all my car rental needs! They are always willing to help and always have the vehicle ready and waiting and I have always been greeted with a smile and a send off with safe travels!! I will continue to let everyone know to always go to rackets for there car rental needs!!

Terrible experience with this body shop. Took my vehicle in to get a estimate, was told they would handle getting the estimate to the insurance company. A week goes by don't hear anything. Insurance says they didn't receive anything. Try calling, no answer goes to voicemail. Insurance tries and tries to contact them. Nothing. Finally get thru, "yea, we sent it thru." I confirm the claim number. Week goes by again, insurance says they haven't received anything. Insurance recommends going to another shop, I was reluctant since I had used them in past, but after two months of no news I agree with the insurance company. Go to another shop get a estimate and it's all taken care of like it should be. This place is very unprofessional now that it has a new owner. I wouldn't take my Tonka Toy to them now.

One star just cause I had to...where do I start...had my car for a month told me it was finished well lie number one ...keep a count...still had dents in the sides and hood was supposed to be new...ain't no way ...so went back...to pick car back up and trim was not placed back on the headliner right...here we go again...switches on driver side not working take it back ...and now for the biggie...they ripped the back door panel and told me no way "Vicky " personally wiped it down...see pics...so they still owe me a door panel that keeps getting on back order...but I can call glockner parts department and they can have it in two to three days...odd...by the way that was two months ago.....so long story short DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR,TRUCK,BICYCLE, WAGON or anything to them.....I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS...sorry but theySUCK
