Rude. She answered the phone with one word, I asked a question and she basically made me feel stupid for asking it. Terrible customer service over the phone. I work on the phone constantly and I never treat a customer that way.

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. They were incredibly helpful and nice. This location is a little bit further from me than others, but anytime I rent a U-Haul I will make sure to rent it from here. Awesome people!

Mrs. Tina took care of us like no other! Wonderful service, really sweet employees, and we were happy with our U-Hual. It was nice and clean and ran really good. Thank you to everyone that helped us! I'd definitely recommend this little place to anyone needing to move!
