Branch manager was rude and unapologetic regarding a situation with my account, with 4 years of health problems and finally going back to work and then having my health get bad again my account is not one that receives a lot of deposits and apparently that is a good reason to be rude, not enough funds for them to care... read full comment

The mortgage loan writer misled me to pursue a loan which did not meet the expectations after closing on the home. Then pushed down the path of refinancing as the only correction. Predatory lending. Be weary of utilizing this location for loan origination. US Bank customer service cannot help you. Be careful.
