I live 1,000 feet from the Ironton post office, it's awful, I can't get important mail or packages, but they can always deliver spectrum advertisements. They need a new Amazon delivery person

I was just on the phone for over an hour and my wait time was 42 minutes and no body decide to pick up the phone that’s crazy for real

Mail goes undelivered for days or they will not pick up mail being sent out from mailbox. Issues with packages being delivered to wrong address or marked delivered and they are not. Issues with a lot of missing mail. Going to have to report to post master general as main office is no help either.
