I have owned an airstream travel trailer for 7 years, which I bought new. The tech was kind of behind the rest of the RV industry when I bought it, but I was sold on the idea that the quality and resale value would be better than other RVs. Sadly, neither was the case. Most of the parts they use are the exact same parts you'll find on any standard RV and, after just 7 years of ownership, the resale value has plummeted. The dealer who sold me on the resale value doesn't even want to offer me half of what I paid for it and Jackson Center tells me how old it is every time I call with a question or issue. Not worth the price I paid.

I visited on a holiday, and the guard was kind enough to let me see the Airstream parked there.

This was our first experience with Airstream factory service and it was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had in terms of RV ownership. This is our 4th RV and first Airstream and I could not have been more pleased. Not only was the communication with Derek the technician great, they worked quickly and did a great job. They also discovered an issue with one of my tires while working and ended up replacing the tire and brake assembly under warranty!

I have had service done here 3x over the past decade. The folks there were very accommodating, pleasant and easy to work with. The quality of the work done, even some off the cuff custom work has been top notch. The factory tour is must do as well as the company store where you can get nearly anything Airstream related. One of the best parts of factory service (at least pre-pandemic days) was that compared to going the dealer repair route, having to get approval for warranty work, then waiting on parts, approval, parts and factory employees are all at the same location, making repairs and needs very quickly addressed with far less downtime.**Edit**Just got back from a trip to JC (10/23) and stopped and toured the new trailer factory and the heritage museum. It's over 3x the size of the old. Incidentally, there are I believe 3 different tours avail. The trailer factory, the motorized (the old factory now dedicated to motorized) and basecamp. Only had time for the trailer tour, but wow, how things have changed in 10 years!

My husband and I finally decided to take the 1300 mile round trip to the AS factory service center in Jackson Center, Ohio. It was well worth the trip! AS and its employees really do care about their customers!! The JC service dept went above and beyond to address all of our concerns. They listened respectfully and fixed every detail and more. A big thank you to Justin H. the COO of AS who took the time to listen to my concerns about our local dealership and the lack of customer service and quality workmanship that AS prides itself on. It really does matter who you purchase your AS from!! It really matters! Thanks to the entire team at JC who were involved in servicing our 2022 Flying Cloud. Thanks to Brent the service manager, Josh the service advisor, Tanner, the shop foreman and our 2 wonderful techs Sean and Justin-- who spent 2 days on our AS to make sure that every detail was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied before we left on our long trip back home. What a wonderful experience it was! We attended the Alumapalooza rally, took a factory tour and visited the Heritage Center. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is an AS owner or enthusiast. It will instill pride in being an owner of such an iconic brand. Airstream and the service center in Jackson Center has restored our confidence and faith in what we knew AS could be!-- A top quality RV company with superior customer service!! We are happy AS owners!!

Great place to visit or have work done. We didn’t have an appointment, we’re primarily there for a tour and a visit to the Heritage Museum but I did have two small issues that they were able to fix on the Airstream. Nice people.

The Airstream factory tour is very interesting even if you're not looking to buy one. I am impressed with the company, management, and employees who work here. Quality is a number one concern with them and they take many steps to insure they are delivering it. A good bunch of people work there, about 1200 or so in a small town. Airstream takes good care of it's employees. A good company with good workers producing a great product.

We just had a terrific experience at the Airstream Factory Service Center in Jackson Center, Ohio. It might sound strange to say we had a good time at the service department, but we did. From the moment we pulled into the complimentary Terraport to camp with full hookups, to the check-in process and our interactions with our tech (Jordan) and the front desk team, our experience was pleasant and even enjoyable. Airstream made the process super easy.We booked our appointment online and provided a list of items we wanted checked—we purchased our 2023 Pottery Barn Airstream about 11 months ago, so we are under warranty. A member of the Airstream team contacted us and quickly responded to questions. We even got an email a couple days before our appointment, asking if we wanted to add to our list. The morning of our appointment, we stayed in our complimentary camping spot until a technician picked up our trailer and pulled it by tractor into the service bay at 7 AM. That’s when we met our technician, Jordan. He walked through our trailer and reviewed our list with us. Jordan was very professional. By the way, most of our items were minor, some cosmetic. We even added another item to the list at the morning walk through. Jordan explained that he would order parts and get right to work. We were to come back around 3 PM.After enjoying breakfast at a local place, we headed to the Mothership—the Airstream Heritage Center, which includes the Airstream factory and a museum. Be sure to pre-book the free factory tour online. The tours do fill up! The museum is free if you are having Airstream work done, but the cost is minimal, if you are not. We thoroughly enjoyed both the factory tour and museum. By the time we finished, it was time to go meet Jordan for an update. The waiting room at the service center is comfortable and offers complimentary water and coffee and light snacks and assorted beverages for purchase. Our repairs took a second day, so our trailer was returned to our camping spot and picked up again the next morning. Our customer satisfaction is off the charts! Jordan did an amazing job with our Airstream. Thank you to all on the Airstream team: Jordan and his coworkers in the service center, the factory tour guide, the museum staff and even the women who work at the coffee counter at the museum made this a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning in the future. We are leaving Jackson Center, Ohio, feeling like VIPs!Services: Tires
