“Their meat is always fresh and local. They always do custom package sizes. Sausage and bacon are always good as is the smoked ham! The only thing I would change is the casings they use on sausage and brats. They seem to be a collagen casing that cannot stand any kind of boiling. Work on the grill very well. One star off on that. Always good meat, process time is good, doesn’t seem to matter if it’s your animal or if you buy from them. Just remember time will vary if you bring it in, or they have to buy it in. Also their Waygu/Angus is spoiler for any other beef.”
