They’ve had my husband’s vehicle in their shop twice in a short period of time—first after it was rear-ended and then again after it was struck by a deer. Through both situations, their customer service and workmanship have been phenomenal.

“I had my back wheel fly off my Suzuki XL7 on my drum brake parts flew every freaking wear couldn't find half of them it took us like a month to locate all the parts some we had to get from Japan but when we finally got all the parts and boys did a fine job putting her together they went above and beyond for me real nice guys and do good work”
“Came to jackson ohio to meet family from Point pleasant Wv and on the interstate my car made a noise come to find out it was the guard under the car was broke and hanging down, this place was only place in Jackson ohio area that didnt want a arm and a leg to put the guard back up so it would stop making the noise and this place did it for cheap thanks for getting me back on the rd will definitely keep this place in mind if I need future auto repair thanks guys for helping me in such short notice will definitely be back from point pleasant wv if I need any auto repair its hard to find good people that work on cars now that I found u guys ill make the hr drive to come to yall for now on.”

“Needed to get some routine maintenance parts for a little project I had planned, so swung by while out in Howell. The staff was pretty chill and helped me find what I needed without any hassle. In and out in no time, and everything's running smoothly now. Just made sure to clean up after myself like always—good to keep the place tidy!”
“I give our Walmart Auto 5 stars because of a guy that works there named Tim who with his coworkers has gone above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle. He came out into the parking lot to help figure out why my oil lid was stuck, put my oil in that I had brought with me, made sure it was right, and stayed long enough to teach me the trick to opening it because the lid was turning too far. I also had a flat in the parking lot and they brought out a mini air compressor and aired up my tire then stayed late after close to change my tire just to make sure I made it home safely with the kids. I really appreciate them and their help.”
