“I just don't like the new policy, they don't refund money on a bad, defective item and have receipt and warranty, they only give you a gift card back, which isn't really right.”
“These guys can find parts that some other stores tell you they don't exist.. plus I got to run into a guy I bought my favorite truck from when he was working in the Lancaster Napa about 25 years ago.. it says a lot for a business that can keep people there for the duration and it seems like Napa actually tries to take care of their employees.. between the Jackson store and the McArthur Napa is where 98% of my parts are purchased.. I have a guy that rebuilds starters and alternators then there's the Amazon parts that often turn into a hassle.. thank you Napa employees for keeping my business goin over the years”

“I give our Walmart Auto 5 stars because of a guy that works there named Tim who with his coworkers has gone above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle. He came out into the parking lot to help figure out why my oil lid was stuck, put my oil in that I had brought with me, made sure it was right, and stayed long enough to teach me the trick to opening it because the lid was turning too far. I also had a flat in the parking lot and they brought out a mini air compressor and aired up my tire then stayed late after close to change my tire just to make sure I made it home safely with the kids. I really appreciate them and their help.”
