I had an amazing experience with Sandy. She was extremely accommodating and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She actually looked at my reference photos to make sure she was doing everything I wanted and she nailed it. I'm extremely picky about who does my hair and I think I've finally found my stylist.

Walked in the salon to book an appointment for a hair cut on Saturday April 30th. Was told by the owner I would have to wait 4 weeks for a Friday appointment. Being new in town and not knowing any other salon I agreed. She turned me over to a young girl who set my appointment on the booksy app/ I received confirmation of my appointment via text message and was told I would get 2 reminders. Today, May 2, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. I did not receive any verbal communication, text or email explaining. I went online to the booksy app to redo the appointment and it had been given to someone else. Very disappointing to receive such terrible customer service.
