Refuses to fill DOCTOR PRESCRIBED medication. I am without SO MANY of my meds because of their games. They’re playing a very, very dangerous game by toying around with people’s medications. I am without my heart meds because they refuse to fill them, and they’re constantly filling meds that are causing kidney damage to my mother in law, DESPITE THE DOCTOR TELLING THEM TO STOP!! Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Seems like the pharmacist fancies themselves a doctor.

My wife has to use CVS for her prescriptions. It is unfortunate for her. She needs a 600 milligram calcium pill. Been waiting for six days still no script. Word is we had to order. Just sad she has to use CVS.

Everyone at the Jackson location is outstanding, offering great customer service, a very clean store, swift prescription filling, and detailed notifications on my prescriptions. They provide thorough and compassionate answers to all my questions, and the store is well-stocked. Thank you, CVS.

My Vet called in a script for my dog on Tuesday Wednesday, I went to pick it up and they hadn’t even touched the script. The attendant said they needed my address first. They had my phone number but didn’t call. She told me they would text me when it was ready. Never got a text so called today and they said it was ready. When I asked why they never sent Text or called “ I don’t know they are having trouble with the texting system.” My Vet said they have all kinds of problems with CVS. I told her to change the pharmacy on record to Walgreens
