After a long power outage and running out of all meds the pharmacy tech wouldn’t contact my insurance saying it was inactive. I tried resolving this on my own for two days prior to switching pharmacies all together.

Poor attitude from staff.. misinformation unprofessional they need to work on people skills better and not to over talk to make the person feel belittled
