So i had a cake made at Wheelersburg Kroger. When i went to pick up they were not nice or in any rush to help me. I had a birthday party to travel to an hour and a half away. When i finally got the cake, i immediately was so confused as to what it was. Suppose to be balloons i think but looked like a crappy bouquet of flowers. The woman “didnt get her name” but was asking over and over again if it was okay and i wanted to add any more to it but i wasn’t sure what to add to make it even look halfway decent. I said it was fine and left. Called Jackson location because i would be traveling through there to see if they could maybe scrape the flower/ balloons off and just do a dirt track since it was a motorcross birthday party. They were extremely nice and were happy to help! I got there and Ilene went to work and even off the clock some had helped me get the cake fixed and looked so much better! We ended up getting a dirt bike to put on and i am very happy with the results. I will not be ordering cakes from Wheelersburg location anymore. Jackson location has better employees and decorate a whole lot nicer

Only stock shelves to cater to welfare trash at 1st of month, tons of outdated food in organic category. App is trash hardly works inside store. Wish Jackson County Ohio had better grocery stores better off ordering online.

Took 4 times of canceling and restarting app even with help of attendant before phone app worked with pay at pump. Not convenient.

Been to Krogers all over the nation and this is an excellent location! Clean, well organized and hats off to Mrs. Dora at checkout for doing something all grocery stores need to do, clean the checkout conveyor belt! Her extra initiative to keep the bacteria at bay is highly appreciated! Keep up the good work!
