“Only one star because that's the least you can give !?.for 2 months I waited for a wheelchair after turning in the prescription to Genesis, I did not hear from them by any means . I couldn't have missed a call because I DIDN'T HAVE A WHEELCHAIR TO GO ANYWHERE!!!! After I phone them several times , they tried the oh it's on order story (bull) or waiting on notes from Dr. ( bull) so on and so on....finally I called my dr. It was all on Genesis.! I had the prescription rewrote to another facility and will not ever use or recommend Genesis ! People. Please check the reviews!!! Save yourselves the time and trouble of this companySince submitting this review. One hour later the other company called to make the delivery. Of my chair ...shame on you genesis ..peoples lives depend on you !”
