“I’ve had many different experiences with Verizon. I began our service 2 years ago in Chillicothe with Nicole! Went back to Chillicothe and NO Nicole and was treated very rude. I didn’t want to go back to a store in person but an issue came up and I had to visit my hometown Verizon. When I walked in there was Nicole!!! She was the absolute best and the other guys working with her was friendly as well. She remembered who I was and what business account I was there about and got right to business. I purchased a tablet to add to my business account!! She is the BEST!!!! Hopefully she will always handle our business account!”
